【摘要】：目的了解岳麓區(qū)居民對食品外包裝營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽的認(rèn)知情況。方法采用分層整群隨機抽樣的方法,在岳麓區(qū)城區(qū)和郊區(qū)中各抽取3個社區(qū),使用自制問卷共調(diào)查3 000名居民的一般人口學(xué)特征、食品采購習(xí)慣、營養(yǎng)知識學(xué)習(xí)情況及營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽知識得分。結(jié)果岳麓區(qū)居民食品營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽知識的平均得分不高,為(41.72±14.8)分;各年齡組居民得分差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(F=13.74,P0.05),其中35歲以下的居民得分最高;女性得分較男性高(P0.05);學(xué)歷越高得分越高(F=13.59,P0.05),收入越高得分越高(F=87.64,P0.05);食品采購習(xí)慣上,"有時"采購組居民得分高于其他組(P0.05);有考過營養(yǎng)師組居民得分高于其他組(F=46.10,P0.05)。結(jié)論長沙市岳麓區(qū)居民對食品外包裝營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽總的認(rèn)知度不夠,居民營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽知識水平與年齡、性別、學(xué)歷、食品采購習(xí)慣和營養(yǎng)知識學(xué)習(xí)情況有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the cognition of food packaging nutrition label in Yuelu district. Methods using stratified cluster random sampling method, 3 communities in Yuelu district and 3 communities in suburban area were selected. A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the general demographic characteristics, food purchasing habits, nutrition knowledge learning and nutrition label knowledge scores of 3 000 residents. Results the average score of food nutrition label knowledge of residents in Yuelu District was not high (41.72 鹵14.8). There were significant differences in the scores of different age groups (P < 35). Women scored higher than men (P 0.05); the higher the academic qualifications, the higher the scores, the higher the income, the higher the income. The higher the income, the higher the scores. In food purchasing habits, the residents of the "sometimes" purchasing group scored higher than the other groups (P0.05), and the residents of the nutritionist group scored higher than those of the other groups. Conclusion: the residents of the "sometimes" purchasing group have higher scores than the other groups (P 0.05). The residents of Yuelu District of Changsha City do not have enough overall recognition of the nutrition label of food packaging. The knowledge level of nutrition label was related to age, sex, educational background, food purchasing habit and nutrition knowledge.
