【摘要】：目的分析職業(yè)性爆震聾診斷實踐中遇到的問題,為修訂其職業(yè)病診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供參考依據(jù)。方法采用GBZ/T 238—2011《職業(yè)性爆震聾的診斷》(以下簡稱"GBZ/T 238—2011"),對某熱電廠發(fā)電部1例疑似職業(yè)性爆震聾患者進(jìn)行職業(yè)病診斷。結(jié)果該患者在巡檢工作過程中,因其所持對講機(jī)受區(qū)域電磁信號干擾突然發(fā)出刺耳嘯叫聲造成其左耳突發(fā)性感音性耳聾。根據(jù)GBZ/T 238—2011有關(guān)"本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于爆破作業(yè)近距離暴露或工作場所中易燃易爆化學(xué)品、壓力容器等發(fā)生爆炸導(dǎo)致的爆震聾的診斷及處理"的適用范圍及相關(guān)診斷原則,該患者沒有確切的職業(yè)性爆震接觸史,因此不能診斷為職業(yè)性爆震聾。但其左耳耳聾確實是因工作遭受事故傷害所致,因此建議用人單位安排患者到當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣ｋU行政部門申請進(jìn)行工傷認(rèn)定,以獲得相應(yīng)的工傷保險待遇。結(jié)論建議對GBZ/T 238—2011的適用范圍進(jìn)行相應(yīng)修訂,增加"其他各種原因瞬間產(chǎn)生短暫而強(qiáng)烈的沖擊波或強(qiáng)脈沖噪聲導(dǎo)致的爆震聾"的適用條款,以維護(hù)勞動者合法健康權(quán)益。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the problems encountered in the diagnosis of occupational explosive deafness. Methods using GBZ/T 238-2011 < diagnosis of occupational detonation deafness] (hereinafter referred to as "GBZ/T 238-2011"), a case of suspected occupational detonation deafness in a thermal power plant was diagnosed. During the course of the inspection, Because its walkie-talkie is suddenly screamed and screamed by regional electromagnetic signals, its left ear is suddenly sensorously deaf.According to GBZ/T 238-2011, "this standard is applicable to close exposure to blasting operations or flammable and explosive chemicals in the workplace," The scope of application and relevant diagnostic principles for the diagnosis and treatment of explosive deafness caused by explosion in pressure vessels, the patient has no definite history of occupational detonation contact, Therefore, it can not be diagnosed as occupational explosive deafness. But its left ear deafness is really caused by accident injury at work. Therefore, it is suggested that the employer should arrange patients to apply to the local social security administration department for the determination of work injury. Conclusion the applicable scope of GBZ/T 238-2011 should be revised accordingly, and the applicable clause of "sudden and intense shock wave or explosive deafness caused by strong impulse noise caused by other causes" should be added. In order to safeguard the legitimate health rights and interests of workers.
