【摘要】：目的了解成都市發(fā)熱癥狀監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行情況及質(zhì)量,以發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并加以改進(jìn)。方法在成都市每個(gè)區(qū)(市)縣利用隨機(jī)數(shù)隨機(jī)抽取1所縣級或縣級以上醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)和2所社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心/鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院作為調(diào)查對象進(jìn)行調(diào)查。利用登記完整性、數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確性、報(bào)告及時(shí)性、報(bào)告一致性、數(shù)據(jù)特異性等指標(biāo)評價(jià)發(fā)熱癥狀監(jiān)測質(zhì)量。結(jié)果共計(jì)調(diào)查63家機(jī)構(gòu);全市發(fā)熱癥狀監(jiān)測登記完整性、數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確性、報(bào)告及時(shí)性、報(bào)告一致性分別為78.91%、88.68%、56.08%、84.66%;社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心/鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院的登記完整性好于縣級或縣級以上醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)(χ2=8.40,P0.05),其余指標(biāo)無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。發(fā)熱癥狀監(jiān)測每日數(shù)據(jù)與ILI%的相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.18(P0.05)。結(jié)論成都市發(fā)熱癥狀監(jiān)測質(zhì)量(尤其是報(bào)告及時(shí)性)還有待進(jìn)一步提高;需優(yōu)化該系統(tǒng)和指標(biāo),整合各項(xiàng)監(jiān)測工作,提高監(jiān)測質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the operation and quality of fever symptom monitoring system in Chengdu. Methods A random number was used to select 1 medical institution at or above the county level and 2 community health service centers / township health centers in each district (city) of Chengdu. Conduct investigations. Take advantage of the integrity of the registration, Data accuracy, report timeliness, report consistency, data specificity and other indicators were used to evaluate the quality of fever symptom monitoring. The report consistency was 78.91 / 88.68 and 56.08 / 84.66.The registration integrity of the community health service center / township health center was better than that of the medical institution at or above the county level (蠂 ~ 2 / 8.40 / P 0.05). There was no statistical difference in the other indicators. The relationship between daily monitoring data of fever symptoms and ILI% was found. Conclusion the quality of monitoring of fever symptoms in Chengdu (especially the timeliness of reports) needs to be further improved. It is necessary to optimize the system and indicators, integrate the monitoring work and improve the monitoring quality.
