【摘要】：目的了解成都市發(fā)熱癥狀監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)運行情況及質量,以發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并加以改進。方法在成都市每個區(qū)(市)縣利用隨機數(shù)隨機抽取1所縣級或縣級以上醫(yī)療機構和2所社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務中心/鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院作為調查對象進行調查。利用登記完整性、數(shù)據(jù)準確性、報告及時性、報告一致性、數(shù)據(jù)特異性等指標評價發(fā)熱癥狀監(jiān)測質量。結果共計調查63家機構;全市發(fā)熱癥狀監(jiān)測登記完整性、數(shù)據(jù)準確性、報告及時性、報告一致性分別為78.91%、88.68%、56.08%、84.66%;社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務中心/鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院的登記完整性好于縣級或縣級以上醫(yī)療機構(χ2=8.40,P0.05),其余指標無統(tǒng)計學差異。發(fā)熱癥狀監(jiān)測每日數(shù)據(jù)與ILI%的相關系數(shù)為0.18(P0.05)。結論成都市發(fā)熱癥狀監(jiān)測質量(尤其是報告及時性)還有待進一步提高;需優(yōu)化該系統(tǒng)和指標,整合各項監(jiān)測工作,提高監(jiān)測質量。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the operation and quality of fever symptom monitoring system in Chengdu. Methods A random number was used to select 1 medical institution at or above the county level and 2 community health service centers / township health centers in each district (city) of Chengdu. Conduct investigations. Take advantage of the integrity of the registration, Data accuracy, report timeliness, report consistency, data specificity and other indicators were used to evaluate the quality of fever symptom monitoring. The report consistency was 78.91 / 88.68 and 56.08 / 84.66.The registration integrity of the community health service center / township health center was better than that of the medical institution at or above the county level (蠂 ~ 2 / 8.40 / P 0.05). There was no statistical difference in the other indicators. The relationship between daily monitoring data of fever symptoms and ILI% was found. Conclusion the quality of monitoring of fever symptoms in Chengdu (especially the timeliness of reports) needs to be further improved. It is necessary to optimize the system and indicators, integrate the monitoring work and improve the monitoring quality.
