【摘要】：為了解我國(guó)健康鄉(xiāng)村治理村民滿意度情況,研究者依據(jù)Howard的健康鄉(xiāng)村理念,參考國(guó)內(nèi)外健康城市與健康鄉(xiāng)村指標(biāo)以及顧客滿意度評(píng)價(jià)(CSI)模型,構(gòu)建了健康鄉(xiāng)村村民滿意度評(píng)價(jià)體系。利用實(shí)地調(diào)研發(fā)放問卷的方式獲得數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用算數(shù)加權(quán)評(píng)價(jià)法,得出村民的滿意度指數(shù)為3.161,折合百分制為63.22%,屬于中等水平。同時(shí),采用四分圖的形式診斷影響滿意度的各個(gè)因素,結(jié)合調(diào)研時(shí)的訪談?dòng)涗?總結(jié)出引起部分村民對(duì)健康鄉(xiāng)村治理不滿意的原因,并提出相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the villagers' satisfaction with healthy rural governance in China, according to the healthy rural concept of Howard, the researchers referred to the indexes of healthy cities and healthy villages at home and abroad and the evaluation model of customer satisfaction. The evaluation system of villagers' satisfaction degree in healthy villages was constructed. The data were obtained by field investigation and distribution of questionnaires. By using the arithmetic weighted evaluation method, the satisfaction index of villagers was 3.161, and the percent equivalent system was 63.22, which belonged to the medium level. By using the quadrilateral chart to diagnose the factors that affect the satisfaction degree and combining the interview records of the investigation, the paper summarizes the reasons that cause some villagers to be dissatisfied with the management of healthy villages, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
