【摘要】：目的通過分析淮安市鹽碘標準調整后居民戶碘鹽的監(jiān)測結果,適時了解并且掌握本市居民戶食用鹽的含碘狀況,也是及時提供科學的調整干預策略并且采取針對性防治措施的依據。方法根據"《淮安市碘鹽監(jiān)測方案》"對本市2012-2016年的居民戶食用鹽進行采樣,用(GB/T 13025.7-2012)中的直接滴定法和仲裁法等方法進行檢測,根據GB26878-2001的標準進行結果判斷。結果 2012~2016年累計監(jiān)測鹽樣12000份,我市碘鹽覆蓋率全部高于99%,碘鹽合格率、合格碘鹽食用率均高于98%,鹽碘中位數在28.8~24.1mg/kg區(qū)間呈下降趨勢。每年不同水平的鹽碘構成差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=452.64,P0.001)。結論淮安市近5年鹽碘質量較穩(wěn)定、含量總體上是適宜和安全的,政策落實比較好。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the monitoring results of iodized salt in household after adjusting the salt iodine standard in Huaian city, and to understand and master the iodine content of salt in household in Huai'an city at the right time. It is also the basis for timely providing scientific intervention strategies and taking targeted control measures. Methods according to the "iodized Salt Surveillance Program of Huaian City", the household edible salt samples were collected from 2012 to 2016 in this city. The direct titration method and arbitration method in GB/ T 13025.7-2012) were used to detect and judge the results according to the standard of GB26878-2001. Results 12000 salt samples were monitored from 2012 to 2016. The coverage rate of iodized salt in our city was all higher than 9910%, and the qualified rate of iodized salt was higher. The consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was higher than 98, and the median of salt iodine decreased in the range of 28.8 ~ 24.1 mg / kg. The difference of salt iodine composition in different levels was statistically significant (蠂 ~ (2 +) 452.64 (P 0.001)). Conclusion the quality of salt iodine in Huaian City is stable in the past five years, and the content of salt iodine is generally suitable and safe. The implementation of the policy is relatively good.
