【摘要】：目的探討出生缺陷發(fā)生規(guī)律,尋找可能的相關(guān)因素,了解產(chǎn)前篩查和不同形式產(chǎn)前診斷對減少出生缺陷的貢獻。方法利用北京市東城區(qū)婦幼保健院出生缺陷監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)及產(chǎn)科質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)資料,分析北京市東城區(qū)1995年1季度至2014年3季度3 416例出生缺陷及相關(guān)圍產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果北京市東城區(qū)1995—2014年圍產(chǎn)出生缺陷發(fā)生率大體呈正態(tài)分布,其中位數(shù)為14.8‰,圍產(chǎn)出生缺陷率波動于9.4‰~19.8‰,總出生缺陷率因其還包括中期引產(chǎn)的出生缺陷率,故略高于圍產(chǎn)出生缺陷率,波動于9.4‰~38.2‰,其中位數(shù)為20‰。出生缺陷種類構(gòu)成中,先天性心臟病所占比例最高,波動于17%~22%;1995—2014年男胎出生缺陷所占比例(54%~55%)明顯高于女胎(37%~44%)。結(jié)論北京市東城區(qū)1995—2014年出生缺陷發(fā)生率呈正態(tài)分布,并有小幅上升趨勢。近年來出生缺陷的產(chǎn)前診斷率逐年穩(wěn)步提高。超聲和羊水穿刺、染色體核型分析仍然是基本和相對可靠的產(chǎn)前診斷方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the regularity of birth defects and to find out the possible related factors. To understand the contribution of prenatal screening and different forms of prenatal diagnosis to reducing birth defects. Methods the data of birth defects monitoring system and obstetrical quality data system in Dongcheng District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Beijing were used. The data of 3 416 cases of birth defects and related perinatal defects in Dongcheng District of Beijing from 1995 to 2014 were analyzed.
