【摘要】：目的研究含氯消毒劑和過(guò)氧乙酸對(duì)內(nèi)鏡部件和金屬的腐蝕性,為內(nèi)鏡消毒劑的選擇提供參考。方法采用稱重法和目測(cè)法,觀察一種絡(luò)合氯消毒劑對(duì)內(nèi)鏡部件和金屬片的腐蝕性,并用過(guò)氧乙酸作平行比較。結(jié)果該絡(luò)合氯消毒劑和過(guò)氧乙酸消毒劑使用液對(duì)手柄連接部、按鈕、導(dǎo)光纜密封圈、彎曲橡皮、導(dǎo)光纜插入部、手柄、塑料管和插入管外套的失重值無(wú)明顯差別。有效氯4 000 mg/L的該絡(luò)合氯消毒劑對(duì)不銹鋼、碳鋼和銅為基本無(wú)腐蝕性,對(duì)鋁具輕度腐蝕性;含量為2 643 mg/L某過(guò)氧乙酸消毒劑對(duì)不銹鋼、碳鋼基本無(wú)腐蝕,對(duì)鋁、銅分別具輕度和重度腐蝕性。結(jié)論該絡(luò)合氯消毒劑對(duì)內(nèi)鏡部件和四種金屬片腐蝕性均比較低,其對(duì)金屬的腐蝕性明顯低于過(guò)氧乙酸消毒劑。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the corrosion of chlorine containing disinfectant and peracetic acid on endoscopic components and metals, and to provide reference for the selection of endoscopic disinfectants. Results the complex chlorine disinfectant and peracetic acid disinfectant were used to connect the handle, button, optical guide cable sealing ring, bending rubber, optical guide cable insertion part, handle, There is no significant difference in weight loss between the plastic tube and the casing inserted into the tube. The chlorine complex disinfectant with available chlorine 4 000 mg/L is basically non-corrosive to stainless steel, carbon steel and copper, and slightly corrosive to aluminum; A peracetic acid disinfectant containing 2 643 mg/L had little corrosion on stainless steel and carbon steel, mild and severe corrosion on aluminum and copper, respectively. Conclusion the complex chlorine disinfectant is less corrosive to endoscope parts and four metal sheets. Its corrosion to metal is obviously lower than peracetic acid disinfectant.
