【摘要】：建立了QuEChERS前處理結合氣相色譜-質譜快速測定職業(yè)工人尿液中8種多溴聯(lián)苯醚同系物的分析方法。尿液樣在氯化鈉和無水硫酸鎂的脫水與鹽析作用下以正己烷-丙酮混合液提取,采用C18去除提取液中的雜質,并采用氣相色譜-負化學源質譜法在選擇離子監(jiān)測模式下測定,內標法定量。三至七溴聯(lián)苯醚在1~100 pg/μL(十溴聯(lián)苯醚為10~1 000 pg/μL)范圍內線性關系良好,相關系數(shù)均大于0.999。待測物在3個加標水平下的平均回收率為91.7%~110.2%,相對標準偏差(RSD)小于10%。多溴聯(lián)苯醚的檢出限為0.3~36 pg/m L。該方法簡單快速,靈敏度和選擇性較高,適合職業(yè)工人體內污染物暴露水平監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:A method for the rapid determination of eight polybrominated diphenyl ether congeners in the urine of occupational workers by QuEChERS pretreatment combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established. The urine samples were dehydrated by sodium chloride and anhydrous magnesium sulfate and salted out with hexane. Acetone mixture extraction, C18 was used to remove impurities in the extract, and gas chromatography-negative chemical source mass spectrometry was used to determine it in a selective ion monitoring mode. The linear range of three to seven brominated diphenyl ethers (decabromodiphenyl ether was 10 ~ 1 000 PG / 渭 L) in the range of 1 ~ 100 PG / 渭 L was determined by the internal standard method. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 10. The detection limit of PBDEs was 0.3 ~ 36 pg/m / L. the method was simple, rapid, sensitive and selective. Suitable for monitoring the exposure level of pollutants in occupational workers.
