【摘要】：目的分析非洲亞撒哈拉地區(qū)在2008-2016年期間開展的HPV疫苗免疫項目策略及成效,為合理的設(shè)計和實(shí)施HPV疫苗免疫項目提供依據(jù)。方法檢索與非洲亞撒哈拉地區(qū)HPV疫苗免疫項目相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)、基金申請、項目報告、新聞報道等資料,從基礎(chǔ)保障能力、項目可及能力與持續(xù)能力、項目成效三方面提取指標(biāo)信息,進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果在2008-2016年間,非洲亞撒哈拉地區(qū)有27個國家共開展了45個HPV疫苗免疫項目。大部分項目采用年齡靶向策略(n=23,51.11%),其次是年級靶向策略(n=18,40%)。采用學(xué)校交付模型的項目較多(n=27,64.44%),其次是綜合交付模型(n=11,24.44%)、衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)交付模型(n=5,11.11%)和結(jié)合活動交付模型(n=2,4.44%)。疫苗接種率(VUR)平均值為84.55%(SD=13.03,n=14);全劑依從率(VAR)的平均值為91.13%(SD=4.44,n=11)。官方機(jī)構(gòu)統(tǒng)籌項目的 VUR高于民間機(jī)構(gòu)(92.73%vs 86.86%,P=0.048)。結(jié)論在非洲亞撒哈拉地區(qū)實(shí)施的HPV疫苗免疫項目取得了較理想的效果。有針對性的設(shè)計和實(shí)施策略是保證HPV疫苗免疫項目成效的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the HPV vaccine project strategies and results in sub Saharan Africa during 2008-2016 years, and provide a reasonable basis for the design and implementation of HPV vaccine. Methods to retrieve related project HPV vaccine in sub Saharan Africa literature, fund application, project reports, news reports and other information, from the fundamental capacity the project, and ability and sustainable ability, the project effect three aspects extraction index information were analyzed. Results in 2008-2016 years, sub Saharan Africa has 27 countries launched a total of 45 HPV vaccine project. Most of the projects by age targeting strategy (n=23,51.11%), is the second grade targeting strategy (n=18,40%) the school. Delivery model more projects (n=27,64.44%), followed by the integrated delivery model (n=11,24.44%), health institutions (n=5,11.11%) and delivery model (n model combined with the delivery activities =2,4.44%). Vaccination rate (VUR) with an average of 84.55% (SD=13.03, n=14); the agent compliance rate (VAR) of the average value of 91.13% (SD=4.44, n=11). The VUR is higher than the official institutions to co-ordinate the project of non-governmental organizations (92.73%vs 86.86%, P=0.048). HPV vaccine project implementation in sub Saharan Africa to conclusion the ideal effect is obtained. The design and implementation of the strategy is the key to ensure the effectiveness of the HPV vaccine project.
