【摘要】：目的了解廣州市番禺區(qū)學(xué)生水痘患者家長居家隔離知識(shí)知曉情況及其影響隔離執(zhí)行的因素,為學(xué)校和衛(wèi)生行政部門開展水痘疫情防控提供參考。方法采用分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣方法,以番禺區(qū)政府為中心隨機(jī)抽取東南西北中5個(gè)區(qū)域的鎮(zhèn)街所上報(bào)中國疾病預(yù)防控制信息系統(tǒng)的796例水痘患者為調(diào)查對象,自行設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查表進(jìn)行電話調(diào)查。結(jié)果796例3~16歲學(xué)生水痘患者中,82.04%的受訪者為患者父母,95.35%的患者作居家隔離治療。被訪者對"水痘患者需要執(zhí)行居家隔離"的知曉率為89.07%,對居家隔離執(zhí)行天數(shù)15~21 d的知曉率為20.23%。托幼組、小學(xué)組和中學(xué)組被訪者對需要憑康復(fù)證明回校的知曉率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=13.184,P0.05)。75.13%的受訪者首要從醫(yī)生獲得水痘居家隔離知識(shí)。87.69%的受訪者知曉居家隔離的作用是能有效預(yù)防水痘疾病的傳播。52.64%的患者在隔離期間曾外出,其中79.71%是因?yàn)閺?fù)診,以學(xué)業(yè)的需要外出在各學(xué)段間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論廣州市番禺區(qū)學(xué)生水痘患者居家隔離效果較好。應(yīng)重視首診醫(yī)生對水痘患者居家隔離的首次宣教,強(qiáng)化疾病防控、學(xué)校衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督和基層醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)對水痘居家隔離的宣傳和監(jiān)督。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge of parents of students with chickenpox in Panyu District of Guangzhou and the factors influencing the implementation of isolation. To provide reference for the school and health administration department to carry out the prevention and control of varicella epidemic. Methods the stratified cluster random sampling method was used. Taking the Panyu District Government as the center, 796 chickenpox patients who were reported to the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information system in the town streets of five regions in the middle, south, south and west of China were randomly selected as the objects of investigation. Results 82.04% of 796 students with varicella aged 3 years old were treated at home by their parents, 95.35% of them were treated at home. The interviewees knew that "chickenpox patients need to be segregated at home." The rate of awareness was 89.07 and the rate of awareness of the days of home isolation was 15 to 21 days was 20.23. There was a statistically significant difference in the awareness rate between primary school and secondary school respondents about the need to return to school on the basis of a rehabilitation certificate (蠂 ~ 2 / 13.184 / P 0.05 / 75.13%). 75.13% of the respondents first obtained knowledge of varicella isolation from their doctors. 87.69% of the respondents knew that the effect of home isolation was effective. Prevention of the spread of chickenpox. 52.64% of patients went out during isolation. Among them, 79.71% of them were returned to hospital, and there was a significant difference among different school segments in the need of study. Conclusion the results of home isolation for students with varicella in Panyu District of Guangzhou City are better. Attention should be paid to the first propaganda and education of the first doctor to isolate the varicella patients at home. Strengthen disease prevention and control, school health supervision and primary-level medical institutions on chicken pox home isolation publicity and supervision.
