花椒精對(duì)卵巢切除大鼠脂質(zhì)代謝的影響

【摘要】:目的:探討花椒精對(duì)卵巢切除大鼠脂質(zhì)代謝的影響。方法:將40只雌性Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠隨機(jī)分為5組,其中1組進(jìn)行偽切除手術(shù)(Sham)作為對(duì)照組,另外4組進(jìn)行雙側(cè)卵巢切除手術(shù)(ovariectomy,OVX),恢復(fù)飼喂一周后,分為空白組和灌胃花椒精高(15 mg/kg)、中(10 mg/kg)、低(5 mg/kg)劑量組。灌胃4周后解剖,檢測(cè)大鼠血脂、肝脂及小腸和糞便中膽汁酸含量等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:灌胃花椒精可降低血清中甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、總膽固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterin,LDL-C)和非高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(non-high density lipoprotein cholesterol,non-HDL-C)的濃度(P0.05),升高HDL-C的濃度;降低肝臟中脂肪、TC、TG的含量(P0.05);增加大鼠排便量、促進(jìn)小腸內(nèi)容物和糞便中膽汁酸以及糞醇、膽固醇等中性固醇的排泄,且存在明顯的劑量效應(yīng)。結(jié)論:花椒精可改善卵巢切除SD大鼠因雌性激素缺乏而引起的高脂血癥,可能與促進(jìn)膽汁酸和中性固醇的排泄有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of prickly ash extract on lipid metabolism in ovariectomized rats. Methods: forty female Sprague-Dawley SD rats were randomly divided into five groups, one of which was treated with pseudo-resection. The other four groups underwent bilateral ovariectomytomy OVX, and were divided into blank group and 15 mg / kg group, 10 mg / kg, 5 mg / kg) group, then dissected after 4 weeks of gastric administration, and then measured the blood lipid, and measured the blood lipid of the rats after 4 weeks of gastric administration. The rats were fed with the same dosage of Zanthoxylum prunbergium at a dose of 15 mg / kg, 10 mg / kg, and 5 mg / kg respectively. Liver fat and bile acid contents in small intestine and feces. Results: Zanthoxylin could reduce serum triglyceride-triglyceride-TGG, total cholesterol cholesterol total cholesterol cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol in LDL-C, and non-high density lipoprotein of non-high density lipoprotein cholesterol. The concentration of HDL-C was increased by the concentration of P0. 05% in cholesterolus non-HDL-C; Decrease the content of TCN TG in liver, increase the excretion of rat defecation, promote the excretion of bile acid, fecal acid, fecal alcohol, cholesterol and other neutral steroids in small intestine and feces. Conclusion: Zanthoxylin can improve hyperlipidemia induced by estrogen deficiency in ovariectomized SD rats, which may be related to promoting the excretion of bile acid and neutral steroids.
