【摘要】：目的監(jiān)測(cè)長(zhǎng)沙市市售生鮮食品中主要類(lèi)雌激素(ECs)的含量,分析不同ECs含量間的關(guān)聯(lián)及其在食品種類(lèi)間的分布特點(diǎn),為食品中ECs污染的溯源及危害控制提供基礎(chǔ)。方法采用分層抽樣方法收集食品樣品172份,樣品經(jīng)預(yù)處理后用LC-MS/MS法同步檢測(cè)壬基酚、雙酚A、炔雌醇和雌二醇的含量。運(yùn)用Spearman相關(guān)性分析探討不同ECs含量間的關(guān)聯(lián),運(yùn)用對(duì)應(yīng)分析法探索不同ECs在各類(lèi)食品中的傾向性污染特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果各類(lèi)食品均有不同程度的目標(biāo)ECs檢出,172份樣品的ECs檢出率順序?yàn)槿苫?4.8%(163/172)雙酚A 84.3%(145/172)雌二醇78.5%(135/172)炔雌醇56.4%(97/172),其中在蔬菜中的含量最高。此外,Spearman相關(guān)及對(duì)應(yīng)分析結(jié)果表明雙酚A與壬基酚及炔雌醇的含量呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系(P0.05),且不同食品中主要污染的ECs種類(lèi)存在差異,其中炔雌醇對(duì)谷類(lèi)的污染最為嚴(yán)重,雙酚A對(duì)水果的污染最為嚴(yán)重。結(jié)論單一ECs組分的含量均低于食品允許限量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),不同ECs在食品中都有檢出,且不同種類(lèi)食品傾向性污染的ECs種類(lèi)存在差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to monitor the content of ECs in fresh food of Changsha, and to analyze the relationship between the contents of ECs and its distribution among food species. Methods 172 food samples were collected by stratified sampling. Nonylphenol was detected by LC-MS/MS method after pretreatment. The content of bisphenol A, ethylestradiol and estradiol. The correlation between ECs content and bisphenol A, ethynylestradiol and estradiol was studied by Spearman correlation analysis. Using correspondence analysis method to explore the tendency of contamination of different ECs in all kinds of food. Results the detection rate of ECs in 172 samples of different kinds of food samples detected by ECs was in the order of nonylphenol 94.8and 163- / 172bisphenol A 84.34.30.145- / 172estradiol 78.5 / 172acetylene). The results of Spearman correlation and correspondence analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between bisphenol A and the contents of nonylphenol and ethylestradiol. Among them, ethylestradiol is the most serious pollution to cereals and bisphenol A to fruit. Conclusion the content of single ECs component is lower than the food allowable limit standard, and different ECs is detected in food. Moreover, there were differences in ECs species of different kinds of food tendentiously polluted.
