【摘要】：目的分析中老年體檢者血清25-羥維生素D[25(OH)D]水平,了解維生素D營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況。方法寧夏銀川地區(qū)的中老年體檢者931例采用電化學(xué)發(fā)光法測(cè)定血清25(OH)D水平,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析各年齡組和1年的25(OH)D分布狀況。結(jié)果 25(OH)D平均水平為(14.57±8.20)ng/ml,維生素D缺乏和不足者占81.03%,其中男性占78.42%,女性占82.95%,性別差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=0.71,P0.05)。根據(jù)血清25(OH)D的水平分為營(yíng)養(yǎng)缺乏癥,不足組,正常組和良好組,各組所占比例分別為42.32%,38.67%,14.50%和4.51%。各年齡段維生素D營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況分布不同,進(jìn)一步直線相關(guān)分析提示25(OH)D水平與年齡呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.15,P0.01)。25(OH)D水平呈現(xiàn)季節(jié)性變化(F=7.21,P0.01),夏秋季25(OH)D水平較高,而冬春季相對(duì)較低。結(jié)論寧夏銀川地區(qū)中老年人群普遍缺乏血清維生素D,冬節(jié)較為嚴(yán)重,且隨著年齡的增大有下降的趨勢(shì)。提示應(yīng)關(guān)注中老年人維生素D營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況,及時(shí)補(bǔ)充維生素D。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the elderly subjects serum 25- hydroxyvitamin D[25 (OH) D] level, to understand the nutritional status of vitamin D in Yinchuan area of Ningxia. Methods 931 cases of elderly volunteers by electrochemiluminescence assay of serum 25 (OH) D levels, statistical analysis of each age group and 1 years in 25 (OH) D distribution. Results 25 (OH) D average (14.57 + 8.20) ng/ml, vitamin D insufficiency and deficiency accounted for 81.03%, which accounted for 78.42% of men, women accounted for 82.95%, there was no significant gender differences (t=0.71, P0.05). According to the serum 25 (OH) D levels were divided into nutritional deficiency, lack of normal group. Group and good group, each group accounted for 42.32%, 38.67%, 14.50% and 4.51%. the age distribution of different vitamin D nutritional status, further linear correlation analysis showed that 25 (OH) level of D was negatively correlated with age (r=-0.15, P0.01).25 (OH) D levels showed seasonal changes (F=7.21, P0.01) summer and autumn 25. (OH) D levels were higher in spring and winter is relatively low. Conclusion the Ningxia Yinchuan area in the elderly general lack of serum vitamin D, winter is more serious, and with the increase of age decreased. That should be concerned about the elderly and the nutritional status of vitamin D and vitamin D. supplement
