【摘要】：[目的]了解青少年過長視屏?xí)r間與人格特征的關(guān)系,為制定有效的干預(yù)措施提供依據(jù)。[方法]隨機(jī)抽取上海市2個(gè)區(qū)4所學(xué)校,以其預(yù)初、初一的所有學(xué)生作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,運(yùn)用上海市初中學(xué)生肥胖相關(guān)行為模式調(diào)查表和艾森克人格問卷(青少版)(EPQ)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并通過SPSS 18.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。[結(jié)果]有效問卷1 722份。男生(826人)過長視屏?xí)r間比例為57.49%,女生(896人)為53.3%;13歲年齡組過長視屏?xí)r間的比例為56.8%,為各年齡組最高;精神質(zhì)、內(nèi)外向、神經(jīng)質(zhì)、掩飾度4個(gè)人格維度均不呈正態(tài)分布,精神質(zhì)、內(nèi)外向和掩飾度的5個(gè)等級(jí)的性別差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.01);控制了年齡和性別影響后,神經(jīng)質(zhì)與過長視屏?xí)r間(≥2 h)有關(guān)聯(lián)(OR=1.163,P0.05),精神質(zhì)和神經(jīng)質(zhì)與過長視屏?xí)r間(≥4 h)有關(guān)(OR=1.233,P0.01和OR=1.142,P0.05)。[結(jié)論]青少年過長視屏?xí)r間程度的加深與人格特征當(dāng)中的精神質(zhì)和神經(jīng)質(zhì)有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:[Objective] to understand the relationship between the time of long video screen and personality characteristics of adolescents, and to provide basis for effective intervention measures. [Methods] A total of 4 schools in 2 districts of Shanghai were randomly selected and all the students in the first year of the year were selected as the objects of the survey. The obesity related behavior model questionnaire and Eysenck Personality questionnaire (Eysenck Personality questionnaire) were used to investigate the obesity related behavior pattern of junior middle school students in Shanghai. The results were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 software. [Results] there were 1 722 valid questionnaires (826 male) and 57.49% (male) and 53.3% (896 female). The proportion of video screen time was 56.8 in the age group of 13 years old, which was the highest in each age group. The four personality dimensions of psychoticism, extroversion, neuroticism and concealment did not show normal distribution, but there were significant differences in 5 grades of psychoticism, introversion, extroversion and concealment (all P 0.01).
