天津地區(qū)典型地表水細(xì)菌污染狀況與水質(zhì)指標(biāo)相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的了解天津地區(qū)典型地表水中指示菌、典型腸道致病菌及條件致病菌的污染狀況及其與常規(guī)水質(zhì)指標(biāo)之間的相關(guān)性。方法分別于2012年8月(豐水期)和12月(枯水期),在天津地區(qū)海河主要支流(子牙河和北運(yùn)河)、海河干流以及引灤河流域各選擇3個(gè)采樣點(diǎn),分別對(duì)水樣中的指示菌(菌落總數(shù)、總大腸菌群、糞大腸菌群、大腸埃希菌)、致病菌和條件致病菌(沙門菌、志賀菌、糞鏈球菌)以及水質(zhì)常規(guī)理化指標(biāo)(濁度、pH、水溫)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。結(jié)果按照GB/T 3838—2002《地表水環(huán)境質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中對(duì)糞大腸菌群的要求,北運(yùn)河中、下游,子牙河中游,海河干流中游為Ⅲ類水質(zhì),引灤河為Ⅰ類水質(zhì),其他斷面為Ⅱ類水質(zhì)。在豐水期北運(yùn)河、子牙河、海河干流和引灤河的指示菌濃度高于枯水期,水溫與菌落總數(shù)和總大腸菌群呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,濁度與指示菌和沙門菌呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,沙門菌和糞大腸菌群之間呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系。結(jié)論北運(yùn)河、子牙河和海河干流受細(xì)菌污染較為嚴(yán)重;引灤河受細(xì)菌污染輕,適合作為水源水;溫度和濁度對(duì)該地區(qū)水體微生物污染有初步指示作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the indicator bacteria in typical surface water in Tianjin area. The pollution status of typical intestinal pathogenic bacteria and conditioned pathogens and their correlation with conventional water quality indexes were observed in August 2012 (high water season) and December (dry season). In Tianjin, the main tributaries of Haihe River (Ziya River and North Canal River), Haihe River main stream and Luanhe River drainage basin were selected to select 3 sampling points, respectively, for indicating bacteria (total bacterial count, total coliform group, fecal coliform group) in water samples. Escherichia coli, pathogenic bacteria and conditioned pathogens (Salmonella, Shigella, Streptococcus faecalis) and routine physical and chemical indexes of water quality (turbidity and pH). Results according to the requirement of fecal coliform in GB/T 3838-2002, the middle, lower reaches of North Canal and middle reaches of Ziya River.
