【摘要】：目的初步評估珠三角某市管網(wǎng)末梢水中化學(xué)污染物對人體健康產(chǎn)生的潛在風(fēng)險。方法于2015年1-12月,對珠三角某市160份管網(wǎng)末梢水中5種基因毒物質(zhì)(砷、六價鉻、鎘、三氯甲烷和四氯化碳)和12種軀體毒物質(zhì)(鉛、汞、硒、氰化物、氟化物、硝酸鹽、鐵、氨氮、錳、銅、鋅和揮發(fā)酚)進(jìn)行檢測,采用美國國家環(huán)境保護(hù)局(US EPA)推薦的健康風(fēng)險評價模型對上述17種化學(xué)污染物通過飲水途徑所引起的健康風(fēng)險做出初步評價。結(jié)果珠三角某市管網(wǎng)末梢水中化學(xué)污染物所引起的致癌風(fēng)險介于3.10×10-10/a~2.92×10-5/a之間,非致癌風(fēng)險介于0.08×10-11/a~95.24×10-11/a之間,總健康風(fēng)險為3.66×10-5/a。個人致癌風(fēng)險由高至低分別為六價鉻砷三氯甲烷鎘四氯化碳,個人非致癌風(fēng)險由高至低分別為氟化物硝酸鹽鉛銅汞硒氨氮鐵鋅氰化物錳揮發(fā)酚。結(jié)論珠三角某市管網(wǎng)末梢水中17種化學(xué)污染物對人體健康產(chǎn)生的個人健康風(fēng)險水平均在國際輻射防護(hù)委員會(ICRP)規(guī)定的最大可接受風(fēng)險水平(5.0×10-5/a)范圍內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the potential health risk of chemical pollutants in pipe network endings in a city of Pearl River Delta from 2015 to December. Five genotoxic substances (arsenic, hexavalent chromium, cadmium, trichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride) and 12 somatic toxic substances (lead, mercury, selenium, cyanide, fluoride and nitrate) were used in 160 samples of pipe-end water in Pearl River Delta. Iron, ammonia nitrogen, manganese, copper, zinc and volatile phenols are detected. Adoption of US EPAs by the National Environmental Protection Agency of the United States. The recommended health risk assessment model makes a preliminary evaluation of the health risk caused by the 17 chemical pollutants in drinking water. Results the carcinogenic risk caused by chemical pollutants in the end of pipe network in a city of Pearl River Delta is introduced. Between 3.10 脳 10 ~ (-10) / a and 2.92 脳 10 ~ (-5) / a. The non-carcinogenic risk was between 0.08 脳 10-11 / AQ 95.24 脳 10-11 / a. The total health risk was 3.66 脳 10 ~ (-5) / a. The individual risk of carcinogenesis from high to low was hexavalent chromium, arsenic, trichloromethane, cadmium, carbon tetrachloride, respectively. The personal non-carcinogenic risk from high to low is fluorides, nitrate, lead, copper, mercury, selenium, ammonia, iron, zinc, cyanide, manganese, manganese, volatile phenols. Conclusion 17 kinds of chemical pollutants in the water of pipe network endings in Pearl River Delta have a personal health wind. The level of risk is at the International Commission on radiation Protection (. The maximum acceptable risk level specified by the ICRP is within the range of 5.0 脳 10-5 / a.
