【摘要】：目的了解我國近年來孕產(chǎn)婦保健工作的開展情況及工作質(zhì)量,為決策者制定相關(guān)政策提供參考依據(jù)。方法以1999-2011年中國孕產(chǎn)婦保健相關(guān)指標(biāo)(高危產(chǎn)婦比重、孕產(chǎn)婦死亡率(1/10萬)、建卡率、系統(tǒng)管理率、產(chǎn)前檢查率、產(chǎn)后訪視率、住院分娩率、新法接生率)為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用TOPSIS法、秩和比法以及二者模糊聯(lián)合的方法對各年孕產(chǎn)婦保健情況進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià)。結(jié)果我國的孕產(chǎn)婦保健情況逐年改善,2011年情況最好,1999年、2000年和2003年情況相對較差,排在后三位。結(jié)論用TOPSIS法、秩和比法以及二者模糊聯(lián)合的方法對孕產(chǎn)婦保健情況的評價(jià)結(jié)果基本一致,能夠更加客觀、準(zhǔn)確、全面地反映孕產(chǎn)婦保健情況。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the development and quality of maternal health care in China in recent years. Methods the relevant indicators of maternal health care in China from 1999 to 2011 (high risk maternal proportion, maternal mortality rate of 1 / 100 000, card rate). Based on the system management rate, antenatal care rate, postnatal visit rate, hospital delivery rate and new method delivery rate, the TOPSIS method was used. The rank sum ratio method and the fuzzy combination of the two methods were used to evaluate the maternal health care in each year. Results the maternal health care situation in China was improved year by year, the best in 2011 and 1999. In 2000 and 2003, the situation was relatively poor, ranking the last three. Conclusion the evaluation results of maternal health care by TOPSIS method, rank sum ratio method and fuzzy combination of the two methods are basically the same. Can more objective, accurate, comprehensive reflection of maternal health care situation.
