【摘要】:目的了解陜西地區(qū)蔬菜中砷和汞的污染狀況及評(píng)價(jià)其暴露量。方法根據(jù)陜西省污染物監(jiān)測(cè)計(jì)劃,對(duì)近3年來采集的蔬菜樣品進(jìn)行測(cè)定,對(duì)測(cè)定結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,并對(duì)陜西10個(gè)地區(qū)居民通過食用蔬菜途徑所致砷和汞的暴露量進(jìn)行計(jì)算評(píng)估。結(jié)果 2013—2015年,共采集蔬菜樣品1 175份,汞的平均含量為0.002 54 mg/kg,砷的平均含量為0.0271 mg/kg,陜西居民經(jīng)食用蔬菜所致砷和汞的暴露量分別為10.7和0.999[×10-5mg/(kg·d)],占每日可耐受攝入量(TDI)比例分別為5.0%、1.8%,均低于世界衛(wèi)生組織食品添加劑聯(lián)合專家委員會(huì)制定的暫定TDI。結(jié)論陜西地區(qū)蔬菜不存在明顯的砷、汞污染情況,居民通過食用蔬菜途徑所致砷和汞的暴露量在安全范圍內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the pollution status of arsenic and mercury in vegetables in Shaanxi Province and to evaluate their exposure. Methods according to the pollution monitoring plan of Shaanxi Province, the samples of vegetables collected in recent three years were determined. The results were statistically analyzed and the exposure of arsenic and mercury to edible vegetables was calculated and evaluated in 10 regions of Shaanxi province. The results showed that the exposure to arsenic and mercury in 10 regions of Shaanxi province was 2013-2015. A total of 1,175 vegetable samples were collected, the average mercury content was 0.002 54 mg / kg and the average arsenic content was 0.0271 mg/kg. The exposure of Shaanxi residents to arsenic and mercury from edible vegetables were 10.7 and 0.999, respectively. [脳 10 ~ (-5) mg / kg 路d), the ratio of TDIs to daily tolerable intakes was 5.0% and 1.8% respectively. Conclusion there is no obvious arsenic and mercury pollution in vegetables in Shaanxi. Exposure to arsenic and mercury by eating vegetables is safe.
