【摘要】：目的調(diào)查包頭地區(qū)0~12歲兒童血清維生素D水平,為0~12歲兒童合理補(bǔ)充維生素D提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法選取我院2016年1月~2016年6月兒童體檢測定其血清維生素D水平481例作為研究對(duì)象,其中男288例,女193例。結(jié)果兒童0~12歲中血清中維生素D的平均水平為(23.4±10.2)nmol/L,缺乏率為99.03%,不足率為0.73%。0~2歲組血清中維生素D水平明顯高于其它兩組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論本研究結(jié)果提示包頭地區(qū)0~12歲兒童維生素D的營養(yǎng)問題十分嚴(yán)重,應(yīng)采取積極有效的措施,加強(qiáng)維生素D的攝入和補(bǔ)充。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the children aged 0~12 years in Baotou the level of serum vitamin D, to provide a scientific basis for the reasonable supplement of vitamin D in children aged 0~12 years. Methods in our hospital in January 2016 June ~2016 children's medical determination of serum vitamin D levels of 481 cases as the research object, including 288 cases of male, female 193 cases. Results the average level of children aged 0~12 in serum vitamin D is (23.4 + 10.2) nmol/L, the lack rate was 99.03% and the rate of insufficient levels of vitamin D in 0.73%.0~2 years group was significantly higher than the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the results of this study suggest that nutritional problems of vitamin D of children aged 0~12 in Baotou is very serious, should take positive and effective measures to strengthen the vitamin D intake and supplement.
