【摘要】：目的總結(jié)近年來(lái)我國(guó)食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)消毒劑實(shí)際使用情況,為消毒劑的正確使用和良性發(fā)展提供參考依據(jù)。方法通過(guò)相關(guān)期刊論文等檢索工具,結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實(shí)際介紹消毒劑的使用情況,對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道進(jìn)行收集、閱讀、總結(jié)、評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果過(guò)氧乙酸、二氧化氯、季銨鹽消毒液、含氯消毒劑等較為常用,從原料、生產(chǎn)加工、操作人員、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)等生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)均需適當(dāng)選擇合適種類的消毒劑。結(jié)論企業(yè)在選擇消毒產(chǎn)品時(shí)要根據(jù)消毒對(duì)象的性質(zhì)、區(qū)域和條件選擇不同的消毒產(chǎn)品,以防安全隱患。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the actual use of disinfectants in food production enterprises in recent years, and to provide reference for the correct use and benign development of disinfectants. Methods through the Chinese journal full text database and other retrieval tools, combined with the production practice, we introduced the usage of disinfectants, collected, read, summarized and evaluated the related reports. Results peracetic acid, chlorine dioxide, quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant and chlorine disinfectant are more commonly used, and suitable disinfectants should be selected from raw materials, production, processing, operation personnel and warehousing. Conclusion the enterprises should choose different disinfectant products according to the nature, area and condition of the disinfection products in order to prevent the hidden danger of safety.
