自由個(gè)體主義還是儒家家庭主義:從醫(yī)學(xué)問(wèn)題看生命倫理學(xué)與中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化的碰撞

本文從介紹生命倫理學(xué)這一概念著手,從跨文化研究的角度闡述了生命倫理學(xué)范疇下的醫(yī)學(xué)問(wèn)題所體現(xiàn)的中國(guó)與西方不同的價(jià)值觀,意在解釋中西方不同社會(huì)成員對(duì)安樂(lè)死、器官捐贈(zèng)、醫(yī)療講真話以及知情同意等生命倫理學(xué)問(wèn)題做出相反的決策或反應(yīng)的深刻原因。本文從全新的綜合性視角出發(fā),從學(xué)術(shù)角度將生命倫理學(xué)與跨文化研究聯(lián)系起來(lái),以跨文化交際學(xué)中的個(gè)體主義與集體主義這一文化維度理論為基礎(chǔ),延伸出西方自主性與中國(guó)儒家家庭主義的對(duì)比性,并通過(guò)對(duì)比研究法、文獻(xiàn)綜述法以及案頭研究,對(duì)中西方不同社會(huì)成員在對(duì)待生命倫理學(xué)問(wèn)題時(shí),由于這兩種相反的文化價(jià)值觀的影響所體現(xiàn)出的不同態(tài)度進(jìn)行全面、系統(tǒng)的文化對(duì)比研究。該研究的目的在于為解決本文體現(xiàn)出的文化分歧提供富有建設(shè)性的建議,指明只要在“場(chǎng)域”中解決矛盾與分歧,并且當(dāng)事人都能用文化包容的態(tài)度對(duì)待其他文化,那么兩種看似對(duì)立的文化是可以通約的。
