環(huán)己胺的微生物代謝及相關(guān)氧化酶的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:環(huán)己胺氧化酶屬于一種胺氧化酶,目前僅對動植物體內(nèi)的胺氧化酶進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究,但對于不同微生物來源的環(huán)己胺氧化酶了解不夠廣泛。在微生物代謝途徑中,參與上游代謝的基因具有豐富的多樣性,而參與下游代謝途徑的基因模塊在不同的微生物中相對保守。因此,研究微生物代謝環(huán)己胺的關(guān)鍵是探討催化環(huán)己胺生成環(huán)己酮的環(huán)己胺氧化酶的催化機(jī)制。該文綜述了目前國內(nèi)外微生物降解環(huán)己胺的研究進(jìn)展,介紹了環(huán)己酮單加氧酶和環(huán)己胺氧化酶在有機(jī)胺的微生物代謝途徑研究中的作用,并對其潛在應(yīng)用前景進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:At present, only a systematic study of amine oxidase in animals and plants has been carried out, but it is not widely known for different microbial sources. In microbial metabolic pathway, the genes involved in upstream metabolism are rich in diversity, while the gene modules involved in downstream metabolic pathway are relatively conservative in different microorganisms. Therefore, the key to study the metabolism of Cyclohexylamine by microorganisms is to explore the catalytic mechanism of Cyclohexylamine Oxidase catalyzed by Cyclohexylamine to Cyclohexanone. In this paper, the research progress of microbial degradation of Cyclohexylamine at home and abroad is reviewed, the role of Cyclohexanone monooxygenase and Cyclohexylamine Oxygenase in the study of microbial Metabolism Pathway of Organic Amine is introduced, and its potential application prospect is prospected.
