【摘要】：目的:制備布洛芬緩釋微丸,并研究其體外釋放行為。方法 :采用離心流化包衣鍋粉末層集工藝制備布洛芬緩釋微丸,并對(duì)最終成品進(jìn)行體外釋放考察。結(jié)果:緩釋膠囊批間及批內(nèi)重復(fù)性較好,其體外釋放行為釋放符合一級(jí)釋藥方程,溶出曲線同市售"芬必得"相似。結(jié)論:本法制備的布洛芬緩釋膠囊緩釋效果好,工藝可行。
[Abstract]:Objective: to prepare ibuprofen sustained-release pellets and study its release behavior in vitro. Methods: ibuprofen sustained release pellets were prepared by centrifugal fluidization coating pot powder layer collection process, and the release of the final product in vitro was investigated. Results: the reproducibility between batches and intra-assay of sustained-release capsules was good, and the release behavior in vitro was in accordance with the first-order release equation, and the dissolution curve was similar to that of "Fenbid". Conclusion: the sustained release effect of ibuprofen sustained release capsule prepared by this method is good and the process is feasible.
