【摘要】：正近日,由中國藥科大學(xué)與江蘇威凱爾醫(yī)藥科技有限公司聯(lián)合申報(bào)的化藥1.1類抗血栓新藥"維卡格雷片"(Vicagrel Tablets)一次性獲得了國家食品藥品監(jiān)督管理總局頒發(fā)的I至III期藥物臨床試驗(yàn)批件(批件號(hào):2015L00539等)。維卡格雷是由中國藥科大學(xué)藥物科學(xué)研究院"長江學(xué)者"特聘教授孫宏斌課題組開發(fā)研制、并與江蘇威凱爾醫(yī)藥科技有限公司通過產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作共同開發(fā)的抗血小板聚集新藥。臨床前研究表明,維卡格雷與臨床上廣泛使用的抗血栓藥
[Abstract]:Recently, (Vicagrel Tablets), a kind of chemical drug 1.1 antithrombus drug jointly declared by China Pharmaceutical University and Jiangsu Weikail Pharmaceutical Science and Technology Co., Ltd., was awarded the phase I to III clinical trial approval (batch number: 2015L00539, etc.) issued by the State Administration of Food and Drug Administration at one time. Vicagrel is a new antiplatelet aggregation drug developed by Sun Hongbin, a special professor at the Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences of China University of Pharmacy, and co-developed with Jiangsu Weikell Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd through industry-university-research cooperation. Preclinical studies have shown that Vicagrel and antithrombotic drugs are widely used in clinic.
