巰基化殼聚糖-吡諾克辛鈉-層狀雙氫氧化物納米復合物滴眼液的研究

【摘要】:將殼聚糖-谷胱甘肽(CG)與吡諾克辛鈉(PRN)共插層于層狀雙氫氧化物(LDH)中,制備有機-無機雜化層狀雙氫氧化物納米復合物(CG-PRN-LDH)滴眼液,并對其在家兔角膜前的滯留行為進行考察。采用共沉淀法制備了Mg-AlPRN-LDH、Zn-Al-PRN-LDH和共插層的CG-PRN-LDH納米復合物。通過X-RD、FTIR、TEM、激光粒度儀對納米復合物進行表征。比較了3種納米復合物和PRN在人工淚液中的釋放行為,考察了PRN-LDH、CG-PRN-LDH納米復合物滴眼液和市售滴眼液在家兔角膜前的滯留行為。PRN-LDH、CG-PRN-LDH納米復合物滴眼液的AUC0-t分別為市售滴眼液的3.72和7.59倍,平均滯留時間(MRT)分別為市售滴眼液的2.18和2.60倍,結果表明有機-無機雜化納米復合物CG-PRN-LDH能顯著延長PRN在角膜前的滯留時間。
[Abstract]:The organic-inorganic hybrid layered double hydroxide nanocomposites (CG-PRN-LDH) eye drops were prepared by intercalation of chitosan-(PRN) and pinoxacin sodium (PRN) into layered dihydroxide (LDH).
