不同制樣溶劑及基底對納米銀線掃描電鏡觀測效果的影響

【摘要】:目的選用不同溶劑和基底進行納米銀線掃描電鏡樣品制備,探討不同制樣溶劑及基底對納米銀線掃描電鏡觀測的影響。方法選用去離子水和乙醇作為納米銀線的分散劑,樣本充分混勻后,分別滴加在蓋玻片和云母片上進行制樣,用掃描電鏡觀察效果。結果以去離子水對樣品進行分散,蓋玻片為基底的制樣方法,納米銀線出現成片的聚積和重疊。而采用乙醇為分散劑,云母片為基底進行制樣時,納米銀線分散均勻,易于外部形貌的觀測。結論選擇乙醇為溶劑,云母片為基底,制樣方便快捷,能夠獲得理想的掃描電鏡觀測效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to prepare nano-silver wire scanning electron microscope samples with different solvents and substrate, and to explore the effect of different preparation solvents and substrate on nano-silver wire scanning electron microscope observation. Methods deionized water and ethanol were used as dispersing agents for silver nanowires. After the samples were fully mixed, the samples were dripped on the cover slide and mica sheet for sample preparation, and the effect was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results the sample was dispersed with deionized water and covered with glass as the substrate, and the silver nanowires accumulated and overlapped. When ethanol is used as dispersing agent and mica sheet as substrate, the nano-silver wire is dispersed uniformly and is easy to observe the external morphology. Conclusion using ethanol as solvent and mica tablet as substrate, the sample preparation is convenient and rapid, and the ideal observation effect of scanning electron microscope can be obtained.
