【摘要】：目的:探討泮托拉唑不良反應的規(guī)律及特點。方法:采用回顧性研究的方法,對2012~2014年湖北省不良反應監(jiān)測中心數據庫收集到的613例泮托拉唑不良反應報告,從年齡、性別、給藥途徑、給藥劑量、溶媒、藥品不良反應(ADR)發(fā)生時間和ADR累及器官等方面進行分類統(tǒng)計分析。結果:泮托拉唑使用導致的不良反應,男女比例為1.11:1,未見明顯性別差異,且在各個年齡段均有分布;其中嚴重不良反應10例,占比為1.63%,新的不良反應18例,占比為2.94%;不良反應累及器官以中樞及外周神經系統(tǒng)損害(23.16%)、胃腸系統(tǒng)損害(23.98%)、皮膚及附件損害(18.53%)為主;嚴重不良反應主要為過敏性休克、心悸、嚴重四肢麻痹;少量病例存在溶媒選擇不合理的情況。結論:加強藥品不良反應的監(jiān)測,完善藥物使用說明書,規(guī)范使用流程,以減少泮托拉唑不良反應的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the regularity and characteristics of pantoprazole adverse reactions. Methods: 613 cases of pantoprazole adverse reactions collected from 2012 to 2014 in the database of Hubei adverse reaction Monitoring Center were reported by retrospective study from age, sex, route of administration, dosage and solvent. The occurrence time of adverse drug reactions (ADR) and the involvement of ADR in organs were classified and statistically analyzed.
