【摘要】：目的:探討醫(yī)院安全用藥質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀,分析存在問題,為制定規(guī)范的管理措施提供依據(jù)。方法:采用四川省護(hù)理質(zhì)控中心編寫的《四川省醫(yī)院護(hù)理質(zhì)量管理評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(試行)-2014年版》中《安全用藥管理質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》,通過(guò)實(shí)地查看、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)訪視、資料查閱等方式對(duì)內(nèi)江市25所醫(yī)院安全用藥管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果:三級(jí)綜合醫(yī)院、二級(jí)綜合醫(yī)院、中醫(yī)醫(yī)院、婦幼保健院、精神病醫(yī)院、民營(yíng)醫(yī)院平均得分率分別為93.13%、83.35%、80.15%、79%、75.51%、63.12%。結(jié)論:我市不同級(jí)別、不同性質(zhì)醫(yī)院的安全用藥質(zhì)量管理存在較大差異;地方衛(wèi)生計(jì)生行政部門應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮市級(jí)質(zhì)控分中心職能,加強(qiáng)醫(yī)療、護(hù)理、藥事質(zhì)控分中心協(xié)作,醫(yī)院層面應(yīng)加強(qiáng)醫(yī)護(hù)藥一體化,多舉措提高安全用藥質(zhì)量管理水平,保障患者用藥安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the present situation of quality management of safe drug use in hospitals, analyze the existing problems, and provide the basis for the formulation of standardized management measures. Methods: the evaluation standard of nursing quality management in Sichuan hospital (trial)-2014 edition was adopted by Sichuan Nursing quality Control Center, and the quality evaluation standard of safe drug use management was inspected on the spot and visited on the spot. The present situation of safe drug use management in 25 hospitals in Neijiang City was investigated by means of data review. Results: the average score rates of tertiary general hospital, secondary general hospital, traditional Chinese medicine hospital, maternal and child health hospital, mental hospital and private hospital were 93.13%, 83.35%, 80.15%, 79%, 75.51% and 63.12%, respectively. Conclusion: there are great differences in the quality management of safe drug use in different levels and hospitals of different nature in our city. The local health and family planning administrative departments should give full play to the functions of municipal quality control sub-centers, strengthen the cooperation of medical, nursing, and pharmaceutical quality control sub-centers, strengthen the integration of medical and nursing drugs at the hospital level, and take many measures to improve the quality management level of safe drug use. To ensure the safety of drug use by patients.
