腸潰寧生物黏附結(jié)腸定位微片成型工藝的研究

【摘要】:目的研究腸潰寧(苦參,吳茱萸,烏梅,椿皮)生物黏附結(jié)腸定位微片成型工藝。方法采用正交試驗(yàn),以黏附時(shí)間與苦參堿和氧化苦參堿的釋放度為指標(biāo),以CP934P和HPC兩種黏合劑的比例、含藥量和填充劑用量為考察因素,優(yōu)選片芯的成型處方。以苦參堿和氧化苦參堿的釋放度為指標(biāo),對(duì)包衣材料Eudragit S100與增塑劑DEP的比例、包衣增重進(jìn)行考察。結(jié)果片芯的最佳成型處方為CP934P和HPC的比例為1∶3,藥粉的比例為35%,Eudragit S100與DEP的比例為85∶15,噴入質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為5%的包衣液以使藥片增重8%。結(jié)論該成型工藝可使腸潰寧生物黏附結(jié)腸定位微片顯示出良好的結(jié)腸定位和釋放作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the bioadhesive colon localization microfilm of Sophora flavescens (Sophora flavescens, Evodia officinalis, Euphorbia pulcherrima, Toona sinensis). Methods orthogonal test was used to select the formulation of the core according to the adhesion time and the release degree of Matrine and OxyMatrine. The proportion of CP934P and HPC adhesive, the content of drug and the dosage of filling agent were used as the factors. The ratio of coating material Eudragit S100 to plasticizer DEP and the weight gain of coating material were investigated by taking the release rate of Matrine and oxymatrine as index.
