【摘要】：目的調(diào)查我院門診老年患者潛在的不適當(dāng)用藥情況,為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法以文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道的老年人潛在不適當(dāng)用藥初級(jí)判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)")為依據(jù),利用處方點(diǎn)評(píng)軟件臨床藥學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)2.1抽取本院2014年5-7月年齡≥65歲的老年患者的門診處方進(jìn)行分析,評(píng)價(jià)老年患者潛在不適當(dāng)用藥的情況。結(jié)果在調(diào)查的53 015張?zhí)幏街?出現(xiàn)"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)"中目錄藥物的處方12 249(23.105%)張,其中含苯二氮怡類藥、抗血小板藥和非甾體類抗炎藥處方最多,分別為4 294(35.056%)、2 738(22.353%)和2 653(21.659%)張。疾病狀態(tài)下潛在不適當(dāng)用藥處方1 556張(2.935%),其中含抗血小板藥物的處方最多,為1 316(84.576%)張。結(jié)論有必要加強(qiáng)預(yù)防老年患者疾病狀態(tài)下的潛在不適當(dāng)用藥,進(jìn)一步提高用藥安全性。
