【摘要】：目的優(yōu)化復方左旋肉堿涂膜劑的制劑處方,為工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)提供依據(jù)。方法以涂膜劑成膜時間為評價指標,在單因素試驗的基礎上,采用星點設計試驗法優(yōu)選成膜材料丙烯酸樹脂Ⅱ及增塑劑甘油的最優(yōu)配比。結果單因素試驗及星點設計試驗結果可知,涂膜劑成膜材料為15.4%丙烯酸樹脂Ⅱ,增塑劑為10.4%甘油。結論本實驗篩選出復方左旋肉堿涂膜劑制劑處方最優(yōu)配比與用量,可供該制劑成型工藝及透皮試驗研究參考。
