【摘要】：目的:探討本院靜脈用藥調(diào)配中心細(xì)胞毒藥物調(diào)配方法,加強(qiáng)細(xì)胞毒藥物調(diào)配的質(zhì)量控制。方法:查閱藥學(xué)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和藥物說明書,同時(shí)結(jié)合本院靜脈用藥調(diào)配中心細(xì)胞毒藥物用藥醫(yī)囑,分析總結(jié)出細(xì)胞毒藥物調(diào)配適宜的溶解和稀釋用溶媒、溶媒量與藥物濃度、藥物穩(wěn)定性、給藥順序等。結(jié)果:重視細(xì)胞毒藥物調(diào)配過程的每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),可減少藥物的毒副作用,保證藥物的療效。結(jié)論:選擇正確的細(xì)胞毒性藥物調(diào)配和使用方法,是保證病人用藥安全和自我防護(hù)的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the methods of cytotoxic drug dispensing in intravenous drug dispensing center of our hospital, and to strengthen the quality control of cytotoxic drug dispensing. Methods: referring to the pharmaceutical literatures and drug instructions, and combining with the doctor's orders of cytotoxic drugs used in the intravenous drug preparation center of our hospital, we analyzed and summarized the appropriate dissolution and dilution solvents, the amount of solvent and the concentration of the drugs, which are suitable for the dispensing of cytotoxic drugs. Drug stability, drug delivery sequence, etc. Results: attention should be paid to every step of the preparation process of cytotoxic drugs, which could reduce the toxic and side effects of the drugs and ensure the curative effect of the drugs. Conclusion: it is the key to ensure the safety and self-protection of patients to choose the correct method of dispensing and using cytotoxic drugs.
