【摘要】：目的綜合評(píng)價(jià)多中心樣本醫(yī)院的Ⅰ類(lèi)切口手術(shù)抗菌藥物預(yù)防使用率。方法基于區(qū)域醫(yī)療大數(shù)據(jù),獲取110所樣本醫(yī)院Ⅰ類(lèi)切口手術(shù)抗菌藥物預(yù)防使用率,采用常規(guī)統(tǒng)計(jì)方法和TOPSIS法對(duì)不同層級(jí)醫(yī)院使用水平進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果計(jì)139 617例手術(shù)病例納入統(tǒng)計(jì),常規(guī)統(tǒng)計(jì)Ⅰ類(lèi)切口手術(shù)抗菌藥物預(yù)防使用率為41.87%。樣本醫(yī)院10項(xiàng)Ⅰ類(lèi)切口手術(shù)抗菌藥物預(yù)防使用率為17.08%,使用率最高的手術(shù)為輸卵管切除術(shù)、開(kāi)顱血腫清除手術(shù)、髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù),均在80%以上。結(jié)論采用常規(guī)統(tǒng)計(jì)方法僅能整體上或從單項(xiàng)手術(shù)方面反映醫(yī)院抗菌藥物預(yù)防使用的狀況,而TOPSIS法更適合對(duì)醫(yī)院使用水平進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),目前一些醫(yī)院部分Ⅰ類(lèi)切口手術(shù)抗菌藥物預(yù)防使用率仍偏高。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the use rate of antibiotic prophylaxis in class I incision surgery in multicenter sample hospitals. Methods based on the regional medical treatment big data, we obtained the usage rate of antibiotic prophylaxis in class I incision operation in 110 sample hospitals, and compared the usage level of different level hospitals with routine statistical method and TOPSIS method. Results 139,617 surgical cases were included in the statistics. Routine statistics showed that the rate of prophylaxis of antibacterial agents in class I incision surgery was 41.87%.
