【摘要】：醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)制劑作為市售藥品的補(bǔ)充,受到社會(huì)各界越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注。醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)制劑具有處方有特色、臨床適用性強(qiáng)、供應(yīng)方便等特點(diǎn),在臨床上可滿足不同層次的需求。近幾年來(lái),醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)制劑的研發(fā)處于緩慢狀態(tài),存在多種影響制劑研發(fā)的因素。為了解醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)制劑研發(fā)現(xiàn)狀,針對(duì)北京市具有制劑批準(zhǔn)文號(hào)品種的130家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)開(kāi)展調(diào)研,通過(guò)調(diào)查北京市醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)制劑研制開(kāi)發(fā)情況,分析醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)制劑存在問(wèn)題和不足,提出相應(yīng)解決方案及對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:As a supplement of marketable drugs, medical institutions have received more and more attention from all walks of life. The medical institution preparation has the characteristic of prescription, strong clinical applicability, convenient supply and so on. It can meet the needs of different levels in clinic. In recent years, the research and development of medical institutions has been slow, and there are many factors that affect the development of preparation. In order to understand the current situation of research and development of preparations in medical institutions, a survey was conducted in 130 medical institutions in Beijing with the approved number of preparations. By investigating the research and development of preparations in medical institutions in Beijing, the problems and deficiencies of preparations in medical institutions were analyzed. Put forward the corresponding solutions and countermeasures.
