【摘要】：多重藥理學(xué)(polypharmacology)著重對兩個方面進(jìn)行研究:1)由藥物分子脫靶效應(yīng)(off-target)導(dǎo)致的藥物毒副作用或不良反應(yīng);2)利用藥物分子同時調(diào)節(jié)疾病網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)中的多個靶點(diǎn),針對復(fù)雜性疾病進(jìn)行治療。本文綜述多重藥理學(xué)這兩個方面的新近研究進(jìn)展,介紹新技術(shù)在多重藥理藥物發(fā)現(xiàn)過程中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Multiplex pharmacology (polypharmacology) focuses on two aspects: 1) toxic side effects or adverse reactions caused by drug molecular miss effect (off-target); 2) using drug molecules to regulate multiple targets in the disease network system simultaneously to treat complex diseases. In this paper, the recent advances in multiplex pharmacology are reviewed, and the application of new techniques in the discovery of multiplex pharmacological drugs is introduced.
