頂空氣相色譜法測定TM-2中溶劑殘留量

【摘要】:目的建立TM-2中9種有機溶劑殘留量測定法。方法采用氣相色譜法,色譜柱為DB-624(30 m×530μm,3μm)毛細管柱,程序升溫,檢測器為FID,載氣為氮氣;采用頂空進樣法,平衡溫度為115℃,平衡時間為20 min。結(jié)果甲醇、乙腈、二氯甲烷、叔丁醇、正己烷、乙酸乙酯、四氫呋喃、三乙胺及吡啶線性關(guān)系良好(r≥0.992 9),平均回收率為89.9%~102.4%(RSD=3.6%),檢測限分別為0.28、0.30、0.53、0.22、0.03、0.07、0.05、0.15、0.15 mg·L-1。結(jié)論本方法可用于TM-2原料藥中殘留溶劑的檢查。
