農(nóng)達(dá)對(duì)小鼠生精作用的影響

【摘要】:目的探討農(nóng)達(dá)(roundup,活性成分為草甘膦)對(duì)小鼠生精作用的影響。方法將24只成年SPF級(jí)雄性Balb/c小鼠隨機(jī)分為陰性對(duì)照(蒸餾水)組和20、200、2 000 mg/kg農(nóng)達(dá)染毒組,每組6只。采用經(jīng)口灌胃方式進(jìn)行染毒,染毒容量為20 ml/kg,每天1次,連續(xù)染毒30 d。測(cè)定小鼠精子數(shù)量、精子活動(dòng)率和血清中睪酮(T)濃度及睪丸生精細(xì)胞的凋亡情況。結(jié)果與陰性對(duì)照組相比,200、2 000 mg/kg農(nóng)達(dá)染毒組小鼠精子數(shù)量減少、精子活動(dòng)度降低;各劑量農(nóng)達(dá)染毒組小鼠血清睪酮濃度均降低,而睪丸生精細(xì)胞的凋亡率均升高,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在本實(shí)驗(yàn)染毒時(shí)間和劑量范圍內(nèi),農(nóng)達(dá)對(duì)雄性Balb/c小鼠的生精功能有一定的毒性作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of nongda (roundup, active ingredient glyphosate) on spermatogenesis in mice. Methods Twenty-four adult SPF grade male Balb/c mice were randomly divided into negative control (distilled water) group and Nongda exposure group (20 ~ 200g / 2000 mg/kg) with 6 mice in each group. Oral administration was carried out once a day for 20 ml/kg, for 30 days. Sperm count, sperm motility, serum testosterone (T) concentration and testicular spermatogenic cell apoptosis were measured. Results compared with the negative control group, the sperm quantity and sperm motility decreased in the 2000.000 mg/kg Nongda group. The concentration of serum testosterone decreased and the apoptosis rate of testicular spermatogenic cells increased in each dose group (P0.05). Conclusion in the range of exposure time and dose, Nongda has a certain toxic effect on spermatogenic function of male Balb/c mice.
