【摘要】：目的:分析帕米膦酸二鈉不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生規(guī)律及特點(diǎn),為合理用藥提供參考。方法:檢索1995-2014年4月"中國學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(CNKI)"、"維普中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(VIP)"收載的帕米膦酸二鈉不良反應(yīng)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:22例不良反應(yīng)中,男13例,女9例,年齡50歲以上患者較多(16例,72.8%),用藥1周內(nèi)出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)9例(40.9%),用藥1年后出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)7例(31.8%),累及的器官或系統(tǒng)以肌肉骨骼系統(tǒng)損害為主(11例,50.0%)。結(jié)論:臨床醫(yī)師、藥師應(yīng)了解帕米膦酸二鈉致不良反應(yīng)的規(guī)律和特點(diǎn),加強(qiáng)用藥監(jiān)測,減少不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the occurrence and characteristics of adverse reactions of disodium Pamidronate, and to provide reference for rational use of drugs. Methods: the adverse reactions of Pamidronate disodium were retrieved from the Chinese academic Journal Full-text Database (CNKI) in April 1995 to 2014 and the Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP) from April 1995 to 2014. Results: among the 22 cases, 13 cases were males and 9 cases were females. There were more patients over 50 years old (16 cases, 72.8%), and 9 cases (40.9%) had adverse reactions within one week. The adverse reactions occurred in 7 cases (31.8%) after one year treatment, and the injury of musculoskeletal system (11 cases, 50.0%) was mainly involved in the organs or systems involved. Conclusion: clinicians and pharmacists should understand the rules and characteristics of adverse reactions induced by sodium Pamidronate, strengthen drug monitoring and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
