【摘要】：目的:分析靜脈用藥調(diào)配中心(PIVAS)藥品報(bào)損的原因及其改進(jìn)對(duì)策。方法:統(tǒng)計(jì)整理PIVAS上半年藥品報(bào)損情況并分析其報(bào)損原因,改善工作流程,定期對(duì)分析結(jié)果分享交流,制訂改進(jìn)措施以降低報(bào)損率。結(jié)果:避免同類差錯(cuò)重復(fù)出現(xiàn),降低藥品損耗率,減少處理本類事件的時(shí)間,提高了PIVAS工作人員的工作效率,大大降低了藥品報(bào)損金額,減少了不必要的浪費(fèi)。結(jié)論:通過(guò)分析其原因和對(duì)策,降低了藥品報(bào)損金額,保證了患者用藥的安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the cause and improvement of (PIVAS) drug damage in intravenous drug dispensing center. Methods: the situation of drug reported damage in PIVAS in the first half of the year was analyzed, the work flow was improved, the results of analysis were shared and exchanged regularly, and the improvement measures were worked out to reduce the reported loss rate. Results: to avoid the recurrence of similar errors, reduce the rate of drug loss, reduce the time to deal with this kind of events, improve the work efficiency of PIVAS staff, greatly reduce the amount of drug loss, and reduce unnecessary waste. Conclusion: by analyzing the causes and countermeasures, the sum of money reported for drug loss can be reduced, and the safety of drug use can be ensured.
