【摘要】:正利奈唑胺是時間依賴性抗生素,與臨床療效相關的藥動學參數(shù)包括血藥濃度高于最低抑菌濃度(MIC)的時間百分比(%TMIC)和用藥達穩(wěn)態(tài)時24 h血藥時曲線下面積與MIC的比值(AUC24/MIC)。一項回顧性研究結果顯示,如果利奈唑胺血藥濃度在整個給藥間期均維持在MIC之上,或者AUC24/MIC為80至120,臨床治療成功率更高。但最近一些研究結果顯示,部分患者利奈唑胺谷濃度低于利奈唑
[Abstract]:Rnazolidomide is a time dependent antibiotic. The pharmacokinetic parameters related to the clinical efficacy included the percentage of time (% TMIC) in which the serum drug concentration was higher than the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the ratio of area to MIC (AUC24/MIC) under the blood drug time curve at 24 h when the drug reached steady state. A retrospective study showed that the clinical success rate was higher if the plasma concentration of linazolamide remained above MIC throughout the administration period or if AUC24/MIC was between 80 and 120. However, some recent studies have shown that some patients have lower concentrations of linazolamide than those of Linenazole.
