【摘要】：目的探討血必凈注射液所致不良反應(yīng)(adverse drug reactions,ADR)發(fā)生的規(guī)律和特點(diǎn),為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法對(duì)29例血必凈注射液所致ADR進(jìn)行回顧性分析,分別對(duì)患者的一般情況、ADR發(fā)生時(shí)間、累及器官及ADR的轉(zhuǎn)歸等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 29例血必凈不良反應(yīng)中,兒童23例(79.31%),19例(65.52%)用藥5 min內(nèi)出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng),多以累及皮膚(31.03%)、全身性損害(24.14%)為主。29例均痊愈,未出現(xiàn)死亡病例。結(jié)論臨床醫(yī)師、藥師應(yīng)重視血必凈所致的不良反應(yīng),關(guān)注兒童超說(shuō)明書用藥,加強(qiáng)兒童用藥初期監(jiān)測(cè)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the occurrence and characteristics of adverse reactions (adverse drug reactions,ADR) induced by Xuebijing injection, and to provide reference for rational use of drugs in clinic. Methods 29 cases of ADR caused by Xuebijing injection were retrospectively analyzed. The general condition, the time of occurrence of ADR, the outcome of involving organs and ADR were analyzed statistically. Results among 29 cases, 23 cases (79.31%) were children, 19 cases (65.52%) had adverse reactions within 5 min of medication, mostly involving skin (31.03%) and systemic damage (24.14%), 29 cases were cured. There were no deaths. Conclusion Clinical doctors and pharmacists should pay attention to the adverse reactions caused by Xuebijing, pay attention to children's over-instruction and strengthen the early monitoring of children's drug use.
