【摘要】：正把動植物組織器官當(dāng)做生物反應(yīng)器工廠用來生產(chǎn)蛋白或者代謝物,是現(xiàn)代生物技術(shù)的一個重要應(yīng)用方向。動植物作為高等生物在蛋白產(chǎn)物和代謝產(chǎn)物的修飾上更為完善,因而在生產(chǎn)人源蛋白藥物以及代謝類物質(zhì)方面具有微生物發(fā)酵不可比擬的天然優(yōu)勢。"十二五"期間,在863計劃現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的支持下,該項目組利用分子標(biāo)記輔助選擇技
[Abstract]:Animal and plant tissues and organs are being used as bioreactor plants to produce proteins or metabolites, which is an important application of modern biotechnology. As higher organisms, animals and plants are more perfect in the modification of protein products and metabolites, so they have the incomparable natural advantages of microbial fermentation in the production of human protein drugs and metabolites. " During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, with the support of the 863 Program in the field of modern agricultural technology, the project team used molecular markers to assist in the selection of technology.
