【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者男,76歲,2015年9月7日因"意識障礙4 d"入院。患者四日前午睡時家人發(fā)現(xiàn)其意識障礙,呼之不應(yīng),右側(cè)肢體無活動,發(fā)病4 h后就診于我院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科急診�；颊吲两鹕∈嗄�,平時口服美多芭片125 mg,3次/d,普拉克索片0.25 mg,3次/d;陣發(fā)性房顫十余年,服用普羅帕酮片150 mg,3次/d;高血壓病史十余年,服用替米沙坦片40 mg,
[Abstract]:The male, 76 years old, was admitted to hospital on September 7, 2015 because of "4 d of disturbance of consciousness". During the nap four days ago, the patient's family found his disturbance of consciousness, no response to exhalation, no movement of the right limb, and was admitted to the emergency department of neurology in our hospital 4 hours after the onset of the disease.
