【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者男,76歲,2015年9月7日因"意識障礙4 d"入院�；颊咚娜涨拔缢瘯r家人發(fā)現(xiàn)其意識障礙,呼之不應,右側(cè)肢體無活動,發(fā)病4 h后就診于我院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科急診。患者帕金森病十余年,平時口服美多芭片125 mg,3次/d,普拉克索片0.25 mg,3次/d;陣發(fā)性房顫十余年,服用普羅帕酮片150 mg,3次/d;高血壓病史十余年,服用替米沙坦片40 mg,
[Abstract]:The male, 76 years old, was admitted to hospital on September 7, 2015 because of "4 d of disturbance of consciousness".
