芒果苷大鼠30天喂養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:目的了解植物化學(xué)物芒果苷亞急性毒性作用,確保芒果苷食用安全性。方法成熟健康的清潔級(jí)Wistar大鼠80只隨機(jī)分為低、中、高劑量芒果苷組(2.75、5.50、11.00 g/kg)和對(duì)照組,每組雌雄各10只,連續(xù)喂養(yǎng)30 d,觀察大鼠一般狀態(tài)、稱(chēng)量體重并計(jì)算食物利用率;采用全自動(dòng)生化分析儀檢測(cè)血液學(xué)及血液生化學(xué)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo);觀察主要臟器外觀及病理學(xué)改變。結(jié)果對(duì)照組及芒果苷各劑量組大鼠生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育狀態(tài)良好、飲食飲水正常,活動(dòng)自如,無(wú)死亡;雄性對(duì)照組、低、中、高劑量芒果苷組大鼠體重分別為(280.6±18.82)、(279.3±15.55)、(279.8±11.73)、(276.7±19.94)g,體重增長(zhǎng)分別為(189.5±17.90)、(188.7±16.69)、(189.2±11.73)、(185.9±17.55)g,食物利用率分別為(28.1±3.07)、(28.6±2.37)、(27.9±0.60)、(27.3±1.92)%;雌性對(duì)照組、低、中、高劑量芒果苷組大鼠體重分別為(202.4±12.26)、(204.6±17.20)、(202.1±15.12)、(201.3±12.30)g,體重增長(zhǎng)分別為(120.5±14.50)、(121.9±17.50)、(120.2±18.24)、(121.5±15.70)g,食物利用率分別為(22.4±2.60)、(20.5±8.76)、(20.9±2.14)、(21.8±1.64)%;與對(duì)照組比較,各劑量芒果苷組大鼠體重、體重增重及食物利用率無(wú)明顯變化;與對(duì)照組比較,各劑量芒果苷組大鼠血常規(guī)、血液生化學(xué)等指標(biāo)及各主要臟器系數(shù)無(wú)明顯變化;高劑量芒果苷組大鼠肝、脾、腎、睪丸、卵巢組織結(jié)構(gòu)未見(jiàn)病理性改變。結(jié)論以11.00 g/kg劑量芒果苷喂飼大鼠30 d,對(duì)大鼠生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育及主要臟器無(wú)毒性作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the subacute toxicity of plant chemicals mangiferin and to ensure the edible safety of mangiferin. Methods 80 mature and healthy clean grade Wistar rats were randomly divided into low, medium and high dose mangiferin group (2.75g 5.50 鹵11.00 g/kg) and control group. 10 rats in each group were fed continuously for 30 days, and the general state of the rats was observed. Weighing weight and calculating food utilization rate; The indexes of hematology and blood biochemistry were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer, and the appearance and pathological changes of main organs were observed. Results the rats in the control group and mangiferin groups had good growth and development, normal diet and drinking water, free movement and no death. In the male control group, the body weight of the rats in the low, medium and high dose mangiferin group was (280.6 鹵18.82), (鹵15.55), (279.8 鹵11.73), (276.7 鹵19.94) g, and the weight gain was (189.5 鹵17.90) g, respectively. (188.7 鹵16.69), (189.2 鹵11.73), (185.9 鹵17.55) g, and the food utilization rate was (28.1 鹵3.07), (28.6 鹵2.37), (27.9 鹵0.60), (27.3 鹵1.92)%; The body weight of female control group, low, middle and high dose mangiferin group was (202.4 鹵12.26), () 204.6 鹵17.20), (202.1 鹵15.12), (201.3 鹵12.30) g, and the weight gain was (120.5 鹵14.50) g, respectively. (121.9 鹵17.50), (, 120.2 鹵18.24), (, 121.5 鹵15.70) g, the food utilization rate was (22.4 鹵2.60), (, 20.5 鹵8.76), (, 20.9 鹵2.14), (, 21.8 鹵1.64)%, respectively. Compared with the control group, there were no significant changes in body weight, body weight gain and food utilization rate in each dose of mangiferin group, but there were no significant changes in blood routine examination, blood biochemistry and main organ coefficients in each dose of mangiferin group compared with the control group. There were no pathological changes in liver, spleen, kidney, testis and ovary in high dose mangiferin group. Conclusion the rats fed with mangiferin at 11.00 g/kg for 30 days had no toxic effects on the growth and development of rats and the main organs.
