【摘要】：目的:了解國(guó)產(chǎn)克林霉素制劑的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,為完善仿制藥審批、生產(chǎn)及臨床合理應(yīng)用提供參考。方法:以"克林霉素"為關(guān)鍵詞,在國(guó)家食品藥品監(jiān)督管理總局網(wǎng)站,查詢1994-2013年國(guó)產(chǎn)克林霉素制劑的名稱、批準(zhǔn)文號(hào)、劑型、規(guī)格、生產(chǎn)企業(yè)等;從藥品說(shuō)明書原件、生產(chǎn)企業(yè)網(wǎng)站,查詢儲(chǔ)存條件和有效期。將相關(guān)信息錄入Excel表進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析。結(jié)果:1994-2013年國(guó)內(nèi)批準(zhǔn)上市的克林霉素制劑有4種給藥途徑、18種劑型(注射制劑4種、口服制劑5種、外用制劑4種、陰道用制劑5種)、28個(gè)通用名、547個(gè)批準(zhǔn)文號(hào)(注射制劑341個(gè)、口服制劑168個(gè)、外用制劑28個(gè)、陰道用制劑10個(gè))、52個(gè)規(guī)格、262個(gè)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)。結(jié)論:國(guó)產(chǎn)克林霉素制劑劑型、規(guī)格過(guò)多,一方面讓藥品生產(chǎn)這一高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)蛻化為以低水平重復(fù)勞動(dòng)獲取利潤(rùn)的制造業(yè);另一方面,給臨床用藥的選擇帶來(lái)了較大困難,難以達(dá)到合理用藥的目的。建議應(yīng)加強(qiáng)藥品批準(zhǔn)文號(hào)的審批及發(fā)放政策研究;進(jìn)一步完善克林霉素制劑的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),盡量避免因標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之間的偏差而影響藥品的質(zhì)量;進(jìn)行臨床用藥的循證研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the current situation and existing problems of clindamycin preparations in order to provide reference for the approval, production and clinical application of generic drugs. Methods: with clindamycin as the key word, the name, approval document number, dosage form, specification, production enterprise of clindamycin preparation made in China from 1994 to 2013 were queried on the website of State Food and Drug Administration. From the original drug specification, production enterprise website, query storage conditions and validity. Input relevant information into Excel table for statistics and analysis. Results: there were 4 ways of administration of clindamycin in China from 1994 to 2013, 18 kinds of dosage forms (4 kinds of injection preparations, 5 kinds of oral preparations, 4 kinds of external preparations, 5 kinds of vaginal preparations). 547 approved symbols (341 for injection preparations, 168 for oral preparations, 28 for external use and 10 for vaginal preparations), 52 specifications and 262 manufacturing enterprises. Conclusion: the formulation of clindamycin in China has too many specifications. On the one hand, the high-tech industry of drug production has been transformed into a manufacturing industry with low level of repeated labor. On the other hand, it brings great difficulty to the choice of clinical medication, and it is difficult to achieve the purpose of rational use of drugs. It is suggested that we should strengthen the research on the approval and issuance policy of drug approval number, further improve the quality standard of clindamycin preparation, and try our best to avoid the influence of the deviation between the standards on the quality of drugs, and conduct evidence-based research on clinical drug use.
