PVC輸液器與20種藥物的相容性

【摘要】:考察了聚氯乙烯(PVC)輸液器與20種注射液的相容性。以不含增塑劑的聚烯烴熱塑性彈性體(TPE)輸液器為對照組,將20種注射液按說明書配成臨床輸液濃度,分別經PVC和TPE輸液器流出。采用HPLC或UV法測定流出液中的藥物濃度,并與0 h時比較,同時比較流經輸液器前后的藥物濃度變化。采用HPLC法測定流出液中的鄰苯二甲酸二-(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)。結果顯示,尼莫地平和卡莫司汀注射液流經PVC輸液器時存在嚴重的吸附作用;單硝酸異山梨酯、氫化可的松、鹽酸胺碘酮、鹽酸氯丙嗪和氟尿嘧啶注射液流經PVC輸液器時也存在較弱的吸附作用;硝酸甘油和硝酸異山梨酯注射液流經PVC輸液器后出現(xiàn)新生成物質峰;鹽酸胺碘酮注射液流經PVC輸液器后有DEHP溶出。
[Abstract]:The compatibility of PVC (PVC) infusion apparatus with 20 kinds of injection was investigated. In the control group, 20 kinds of polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) infusion apparatus without plasticizer were used as control group. The 20 kinds of injection were mixed into clinical infusion concentration according to the instructions, and then flowed out through PVC and TPE infusion devices respectively. The concentration of drugs in effluent was determined by HPLC or UV, and compared with that at 0 h, and the changes of drug concentration before and after transfusion were compared. Determination of di- (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP). In effluent by HPLC The results showed that nimodipine and carmostatin had serious adsorption effect on PVC infusion. Isosorbide mononitrate, hydrocortisone, amiodarone hydrochloride, chlorpromazine hydrochloride and fluorouracil injection also have weak adsorption effect on PVC infusion. After the injection of nitroglycerin and isosorbide nitrate flowed through the PVC infusion device, the peak of the new substance was found, and the DEHP of amiodarone hydrochloride injection was dissolved after the infusion of PVC.
