【摘要】：目的:為晚期癌癥、中重度疼痛鎮(zhèn)痛藥物的合理使用提供參考。方法:從某三甲醫(yī)院的信息管理系統(tǒng)中提取2012-2014年麻醉藥品和第一類精神藥品的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對使用數(shù)量和銷售金額、用藥頻度(DDDs)等進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果:該院2012-2014年麻醉藥品和第一類精神藥品的整體使用數(shù)量基本持平,各年的銷售金額分別為1 566 289.92、1 525 220.23、1 531 277.44元。鹽酸嗎啡片的銷售金額增長最快,2013、2014年分別比前一年增長了89.78%和142.81%,其余藥品大多為負增長。鹽酸嗎啡緩釋片的DDDs 3年均排名第1且逐年遞增,從2012年的26 848.00增加至2014年的47 158.00。結(jié)論:該院麻醉藥品和第一類精神藥品用藥基本符合規(guī)范,但仍然需要嚴格監(jiān)管,使之更加安全、有效地應(yīng)用于臨床。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for the rational use of analgesic drugs for advanced cancer and moderate and severe pain. Methods: the data of narcotic drugs and class I psychotropic drugs were extracted from the information management system of a third Class A Hospital from 2012 to 2014. The quantity of use, the amount of money sold, the frequency of drug use and (DDDs) were statistically analyzed. Results: from 2012 to 2014, the total use of narcotic drugs and the first kind of psychotropic drugs in our hospital was basically the same, and the sales amount in each year was 1 566,289.92 / 1 525 220.2331,531 277.44 yuan respectively. Sales of morphine hydrochloride tablets grew the fastest, up 89.78 percent in 2013 and 142.81 in 2014 compared with the previous year, while the rest were mostly negative. Morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets ranked first in annual DDDs 3 and increased year by year, from 26 848.00 in 2012 to 47,158.00 in 2014. Conclusion: the drug use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs in this hospital basically conforms to the standard, but it still needs strict supervision to make it more safe and effective in clinical application.
