XAD-16大孔樹脂對恩拉霉素的吸附熱力學(xué)和動(dòng)力學(xué)性質(zhì)研究

【摘要】:目的研究恩拉霉素在XAD-16大孔樹脂上吸附的動(dòng)力學(xué)和熱力學(xué)特性。方法通過靜態(tài)吸附實(shí)驗(yàn),利用實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)對相關(guān)等溫模型進(jìn)行擬合來描述XAD-16大孔樹脂對恩拉霉素的等溫吸附行為;用熱力學(xué)參數(shù)對恩拉霉素吸附過程的熱力學(xué)性質(zhì)進(jìn)行描述;分別采用準(zhǔn)一級動(dòng)力學(xué)方程和準(zhǔn)二級動(dòng)力學(xué)方程探討XAD-16大孔樹脂吸附恩拉霉素的動(dòng)力學(xué)特性。結(jié)果在298~308 K內(nèi),Freundlich模型能較好的描述XAD-16大孔樹脂對恩拉霉素的吸附等溫過程;ΔH0,ΔG0,恩拉霉素在XAD-16大孔樹脂上的吸附屬于自發(fā)的物理吸附過程;XAD-16大孔樹脂對恩拉霉素吸附過程符合準(zhǔn)二級動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。結(jié)論通過對恩拉霉素在XAD-16大孔樹脂上吸附熱力學(xué)和動(dòng)力學(xué)的研究,為XAD-16大孔樹脂大規(guī)模分離純化恩拉霉素提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the kinetic and thermodynamic characteristics of enramycin adsorption on XAD-16 macroporous resin. Methods the isothermal adsorption behavior of enramycin on XAD-16 macroporous resin was described by static adsorption experiment, and the thermodynamic properties of enramycin adsorption process were described by thermodynamic parameters. The kinetic characteristics of enramycin adsorption by XAD-16 macroporous resin were studied by using quasi first order kinetic equation and quasi second order kinetic equation respectively. Results the adsorption isotherm of enramycin on XAD-16 macroporous resin was well described by Freundlich model within 298 ~ 308K, and the adsorption of 螖 H _ 0, 螖 G _ 0 and enramycin on XAD-16 macroporous resin was a spontaneous physical adsorption process. The adsorption process of enramycin by XAD-16 macroporous resin accords with the quasi-second order kinetic equation. Conclusion by studying the thermodynamics and kinetics of enramycin adsorption on XAD-16 macroporous resin, it provides a theoretical basis for the large-scale separation and purification of enramycin by XAD-16 macroporous resin.
