【摘要】：目的:優(yōu)選冰樟桉氟輕松巴布膏基質處方,進一步改善產(chǎn)品性能,提高產(chǎn)品療效。方法:采用單因素實驗和L9(34)正交試驗方法,對巴布膏基質性能影響較大的骨架材料Viscomate NP-700、交聯(lián)劑甘羥鋁、保濕劑甘油、增黏劑聚丙烯酸進行考察,以冰樟桉氟輕松巴布膏的黏合特性和綜合感官評價為考察指標,通過綜合分析,優(yōu)選冰樟桉氟輕松巴布膏基質。結果:最佳巴布膏基質處方為Viscomate NP-700 12 g,甘羥鋁0.15 g,甘油70 g,聚丙烯酸6 g。結論:優(yōu)選的冰樟桉氟輕松巴布膏基質載藥性能和黏附性能好,貼敷舒適。
[Abstract]:Objective: to optimize the base formulation of Eucalyptus camphora fluorifolia ointment and to improve its performance and curative effect. Methods: single factor experiment and L9 (34) orthogonal test were used to investigate the Viscomate NP-700, crosslinking agent, glycerol, and polyacrylic acid, which had great influence on the properties of the matrix. The adhesive properties and comprehensive sensory evaluation of Eucalyptus camphora Eucalyptus lucifera paste were used as the index of study. Through comprehensive analysis, the matrix of Eucalyptus camphora fluoride-relaxed cloth paste was selected. Results: the optimum base formulation of Babu ointment was 12 g Viscomate NP-700, 0 15 g aluminol glycolate, 70 g glycerol and 6 g polyacrylic acid. Conclusion: the selected Eucalyptus camphora Eucalyptus fluorifolia ointment has good drug loading and adhesion properties and comfortable application.
