【摘要】：目的:藥房監(jiān)控哺乳期患者處方中是否有禁用藥品,以確保乳兒的健康。方法:分析藥房監(jiān)控哺乳期患者處方的必要性和現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀分類提出具有可操作性的解決辦法。結(jié)果:哺乳期患者安全用藥的監(jiān)控現(xiàn)狀令人堪憂,哺乳期患者本人安全意識(shí)非常弱,醫(yī)師、藥師這方面的安全意識(shí)也不強(qiáng)。藥房可根據(jù)自己醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)強(qiáng)、弱情況,采取不同方式分類進(jìn)行監(jiān)控把關(guān)。信息系統(tǒng)強(qiáng)大的醫(yī)院采用合理用藥軟件為主、人工為輔的監(jiān)控辦法,信息系統(tǒng)薄弱的醫(yī)院采用藥房藥師全人工監(jiān)控的辦法,以便實(shí)現(xiàn)藥房對(duì)哺乳期患者安全用藥的有效監(jiān)控。結(jié)論:監(jiān)控哺乳期患者的安全用藥,確保乳兒健康,終端環(huán)節(jié)藥房是極其重要的一環(huán)。藥房人員必須加強(qiáng)意識(shí),把好監(jiān)控關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to monitor whether lactation patients have banned drugs in their prescriptions in order to ensure the health of infants. Methods: to analyze the necessity and present situation of prescriptions of lactation patients monitored by pharmacies, and to put forward operable solutions according to the classification of present situation. Results: the monitoring status of safe drug use in lactation patients was worrying. The safety consciousness of breast-feeding patients was very weak, and the safety consciousness of doctors and pharmacists was not strong. Pharmacies can be based on their own hospital information system strong, weak, adopt different ways to monitor and control. The hospitals with strong information system adopt the method of rational drug use software, supplemented by artificial monitoring, and the hospitals with weak information system adopt the method of full manual monitoring of pharmacy pharmacists, so as to realize the effective monitoring of safe use of drugs by pharmacies to breast-feeding patients. Conclusion: it is very important to monitor the safe use of lactation and to ensure the health of breast and infant. Pharmacy personnel must strengthen consciousness and control well.
